If you receive a physically damaged product during shipment, please capture an image and email it to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the shipment for assessment.

We uphold a 3-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 3 days after receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

For a swift resolution, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Order Cancellation

Only Full Cancellation is allowed; Partial Order Cancellation is not permitted. To cancel an order, contact our customer care helpline within 12 working hours of placing the order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We appreciate your patience and support in this matter.
